Charles highlighted several milestones at Bishop State, including record-breaking 2025 enrollment, the launch of a Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technology, and plans for new mixed-income student housing. “Education is the foundation of workforce development,” Charles said. “We have to be intentional about linking education with employment opportunities.”
